there is a popup on phone screen EVERY time i press the center button that reads "Ignore or Allow", which is annoying because apart from lagging video it makes for an even more slower experience

Doesn’t work
I bought it and I thought it would be a good a idea since the only thing I gotta do is to install the app and to put the camera where the plate is, in 10min. Can’t even pair it to my phone waisted more time than it’s worth.

There is a huge delay for the camera to come up if it comes up at all.
Image quality is awful at night and non existent in the rain when most needed.

This does not work out if the box. App says I’m connected. Just shows a black screen with parking brackets red yellow green. No video at all! Want money back!

Problems keeping the parking line adjusted. Really needs too be updated fix the connection problems and camera night vision is terrible. I hate when locks my phone to quit.

Avoid
Love the idea since I have an iPad mini installed in my dash. However the app has way too many bugs. Developer says “Bug fixes” every update but I have yet to feel an improvement in the system. Other option out there, avoid this product until it’s improved if ever.

Constantly get an error saying video interrupted... By what exactly?
Also I can't get the parking lines fixed without getting additional errors.
No wonder this backup camera only costs 100 now, it's useless.

Its good but could b better
Okay so ive seen the connection error pop up but it stopped after i press do not show again on the tips that were displayed, my problem was getting the line adjustment to work i had to keep opening the app after pressing the backup cam button which automatically locked my phone nd got it to work a handful of times other than that it works as promised

Doesn’t function properly anymore
Worked fine for like the first week or so after purchase, but nowadays it takes forever to load if it even loads, afterwards the camera crashes within a second of it operating with a pop up message saying time up.
Not worth $200....too “iffy!”
What everybody else said in the poor reviews. Connection error in the middle of backing up, stops in the middle of live streaming. It’s a great idea and needs improvement. I’ll keep an eye out for a newer version.

-Setup with iPhone XR is simple but app feels dated and functions inconsistently.
-License plate unit/camera installs snug and looks clean on Mercedes GLK 350 considering its bulky thickness due to its batteries.
-Interface setup, including adjustments to graphic crosshairs is clunky; it feels like something that could’ve sufficed in 2003.
-Camera takes average of 6-9 seconds to fully initiate.
-A special feature of this system is that it can be initiated well before reversing and after some practice the initializing time is of little concern in most situations.
-The video stream ceases when iPhone connects to wifi, for example when my vehicle is in my driveway or garage. Look-it support provides a work-around, turn off iPhone wifi.
In conclusion the system seems dated in 2019. The wifi interference, a known issue according to the Look-it website, is unacceptable for me and is the reason I have returned the product and will wait, most likely not for long, for a superior product.

Don’t buy this product
This looks like a good idea at first glance. We bought one and installed it , but the problems started almost immediately. The video takes 30 seconds to load, which is too long. Then once loaded the video quality is poor, and the streaming lasts only 5-10 seconds then freezes. Once we’d installed and we’re having problems we looked at reviews for the product and found out that the reviews were generally bad and everybody was having issues. If you have not bought already, save yourself the trouble. We returned the same day we bought it.

Not Very Happy.
So my girlfriend purchased this back up camera for my truck. I thought it was a great idea until I backed up to my trailer the first time, after pushing the button on the remote my phone turns on and the curser misses the allow button so I manually have to press it ( 90% of the time). Frequently the “ connection is interrupted “ and freezes the viewing. Also I have found it’s blurry and glitches when getting close the trailer I have to stop and let it reload or else it will show I’m a foot away as I’m already hitting the trailer. Not very happy with the purchase especially with the price. And lighting is an issue bad quality camera I don’t use it anymore i get out and look a few times instead of using the camera. I wouldn’t trust it backing into a wall or another car.

Very Untrustworthy
The backup camera is very unreliable- when I am using the camera in parkades, it stops the video feed but doesn’t tell you right away. It doesn’t work more often than it works. Update didn’t help.

The app doesn’t launch when using the remote because the self click doesn’t even hit the right button.
Now it doesn’t even pair with the camera anymore and the app itself is very faulty.

Purchased thinking the price would reflect somewhat in quality - dissatisfied as it does not work/pair/log on.. its junk archaic junk, like something from 2003 get with the era

Updating firmware via another app is a bit of a pain.
Phone support is French only. No response via email either.
