Sound not working, HELP

Update:

The next time I opened it, it NEVER WORKED AGAIN. Apple needs to refund me and others their money, this is ridiculous. Original review: Hi I bought this a few days ago and opened it to find the sound not working at all. I immediately contacted you through your website but haven’t heard back how to resolve this issue. Other than the sound issue, it’s a really cute app and I would rather get it working than get a refund.
