New Account, No credits??
I just made my account but it says I have a free trial and no credits to do anything? What's going on? I never used this app before..

I paid for 7 day subscription and planned to do a yearly one from next week. However the app doesn’t work. It says server error.

Have bought a substantial amount of credits and unable to use a single feature as the app repeatedly sends an error of “Server error. Missing required field : UID authentication required”
I’ve tried to ask the developer for help, but he doesn’t reply
Will be looking to claim a refund if the app isn’t updated
