Can’t enroll for my account
I’ve had an account for a couple of years at lookout credit union. I recently downloaded the app and I can’t seem to enroll for my account. It says my ssn or my account number is wrong, but I’ve gone in person to confirm that they are correct.
Increased functionality
The app has been greatly improved from previous versions. Touch ID may be enabled in the app settings
Looks good but so many error messages
The app looks great but that’s unhelpful when I get an error on every page I click on. I can still see most of the information but it’s frustrating. Tried to make a CC payment but the card is randomly not found so I have to keep trying throughout the day, hoping it will eventually find the card that is linked to my account. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app at least once a month to fix to make the error messages go away. I would rather have an app that works than have an app that looks nice and doesn’t work.

If it works it’s still half assed…
Crappy app
Half the time the app doesn’t work or makes me reset my password multiple times before it takes. Pretty annoying.
Used to be good and now it’s trash
I used to be able to log in anytime I wanted with no problem. Since the end of may I haven’t been able to log in and it says my account has been locked, I try to call the support line to fix the issue but they leave you on the line for about 10 mins. Nobody picked up.
Looks nice but…
The app is more modern and intuitive however logging in requires more steps and using phones facial recognition isn’t an apt ion for faster login.
Sometimes I’m not able to login at all — endless load wheel today…so I have to use desktop version to check balances.
I hope these issues can be improved on.

The orange and white color is hard to read and focus on.
Can’t use my saved login credentials
The app is wonderful, I like the functionality and the clean design. However, I miss being able to login with my face. The new login page isn’t programmed correctly so my phone won’t pull up the password. I have to look it up every time. Not fast or easy. I just deleted the app and added a link to the website on my Home Screen. That works and I can login quickly.

Wow! Terrible
I can’t get anything but error messages! Will not take acct number, log in, etc. it just keeps telling me to “try again later”. Nothing changes.
A great app, even for long distance members.
Even if you live thousands of miles away from the nearest branch, the new app works like a charm. Highly recommend signing up for Lookout CU.

Lookout’s new app is fantastic! So many new updates to make my life easier.
If it’s not broke don’t fix it
Can’t even get into my account now because I need a username instead of using my account number like on the old app. I’m not sure how to get this username or where to access it, so I’m now locked out of my accounts on my mobile device. There was nothing wrong with the previous app, and making the decision to switch over to a whole new one with such short notice has frankly been obnoxious. As soon as I get this sorted out I’m going to be switching to a new bank because I’m tired of the obnoxious hassles that have come with this rebrand
