Keeps going black.
I ski at Loon and have used the app for several years. After the last update, the app has continually malfunctioned with the main screen going black. I have deleted and reinstalled it three times and the same problem occurs. I’ve switched to bookmarking the online mountain report.

Somehow they made an app that takes more time to buy a ticket than just standing in the giant guest services line and talking to a human

The Home Screen keeps going black. If I delete and reinstall it works for maybe a day then goes black again. Super frustrating bc otherwise the app has great features and info at my fingertips.

Satisfactory App
The Loon Mtn App is helpful but limited. The information is accurate and timely however it could be improved. Adding some live tracking where friends could share their locations with friends would be very helpful, as well as live tracking your own location. In addition better status reporting for lifts and snow conditions would be great. It seems to lag so the data is not always relevant. To hit the gold standard adding lift line wait times in some easy to see color coding that updates in real time would help you spread out skiers by allowing them to shift their runs to the quieter lifts/ trails.

Lifts not running
Tuesday January 18th, one would expect nice midweek skiing. I arrived at 9am. Kanc8 was not running, Seven brothers not running and gondola line was about 40 minutes + long. This is unacceptable, especially after long awaited snow storm dumped fresh snow. Why management cannot anticipate large crowd on day like this and run lifts with full capacity. Btw last week on friday Kanc8 was shut down as well with no explanation, no time of reopening.
