All the best elements in one game
First off, to the Developers:
The time and effort you’ve put in to making this game accessible and enjoyable clearly shows. I look forward to the next wave of stages and whatever games you release in the future.
Review:
As a gamer I grew up obsessed with rhythm games: first Elite Beat Agents, Rhythm Thief, DDR, etc. I feel like Guitar Hero and Rock Band are givens, but I’ve put in some serious hours into those too.
Eventually I ended up latching on strongest to DJ Hero 1 and 2, and what felt like the most obscure: Frequency. Those were games that were made for people like me who weren’t the best at guitars or drumming but feeling the flow and playing in a different way.
Since then I’ve played a ton of rhythm game apps, some of them decent, a few of them great, and a lot that missed the mark completely. Rarely does a music game-let alone a currently free app-scratch the itch that my favorite childhood/teenage games left.
This is the first time I’ve felt like there’s a true spiritual successor of various rhythm games I’ve loved, from the music to the game play. Replay value is surprisingly high with new ways to combine songs and play styles every time and it never feels stale. Even if your latest set isn’t your best, you still accumulate fans, providing incentive to finish each round instead of restarting when you mess up.
Keep em comin’!
Tl;dnr: 100/10 game. Give it a shot. You’ll love it.

Just downloaded the app
I downloaded the app today, it said I had to update it, I was really confused. It seemed really cool though and I wanted to try it out😭

Sorry about that — there was a server issue on our end, now fixed. Open it again and you'll go straight in.
Fantastic & fun!
I enjoy playing music & rhythm games, and Loop Drop is easily one of the best. You actually feel like you’re there mixing the track in real time rather than just tapping random buttons, which feels very satisfying. The crossfader works a treat, and hearing the crowd go off when you pull off a perfect drop is just brilliant. Super addictive and well worth a download!

Glad the pads mini game landed. The music's the heart of it, so that means a lot. More venues and tracks coming.
Five stars!
Super fun game with vibey tunes, helping coordinate my beat drops ever so well. Great for fun and improving your music skills :)

"Helping coordinate my beat drops" is exactly what we were going for. Thanks for the five stars.
