Love Loop
The service is simple and easy to use. I’ve been able to get some things that I wasn’t willing to pay full price for it, but was glad to have at a reduced rate. It’s also incredibly easy to sell things using this. You should definitely try it.

Great finds locally, easier than Marketplace
Loved this concept to begin with and just made my first loop purchase! Bought something that normally retails at $500 for just $95 and it is in like new condition! Delivery came the next day, which was a pleasant surprise! Next I can’t wait to start offloading and selling stuff.

3 stars as they’re not even picking up in Brookhaven yet.
I will be deleting the app since I can’t even sell anything due to them not being available in Brookhaven (while advertising they do pick up here). I’m better off trying to sell to a local shop or online with eBay.
Won’t take anything
I scanned several items that retail for $100-$150, my items are in like new and good condition and they would not make an offer. This appears to only be for very high end stuff $200+ retail and for that expensive an item I’d sell it myself.

Love I can get rid of things I don’t need or want and find things I do. All without moving cash. Great startup service and quick delivery.
Loop is a Scam!!!
Sell your stuff to Loop and they will make you an offer of neighborhood credits. Now they sent an email saying they will only honor 30% of those credits. Don’t get scammed by Loop!
Great App for stuff
Loop Stuff is super organized. I visited the Loop “Store” and was impressed with everyone’s pleasant personalities, their dedication to their work and effort they put in. No wonder managing the pickup, deliveries run smoothly. Bravo Loop Stuff Team!

Really cool community based item exchange!
I had to leave a review because this is one of the coolest community based apps I’ve ever used. When I try to explain it to people I sometimes get weird looks - I think because most people are so jaded from greedy app developers nowadays. But I’ve been using loop for a few months now and it brings me so much joy. You can basically trade items with others in your community using a credit system. The app works really well, I’ve never had an issue with it, it’s free to use, I can get rid of extra items around my house and pass them on to people who will actually use them. Unlike donating to certain organizations that amass so much stuff a lot of it ends of going to landfill. Plus I’ve gotten various high quality items I use literally every day! Like a nice set of Crate and Barrel ceramic dishes, and a cast iron patio dining set that cost $300 new. No cash out of my pocket. Just trading! Highly recommend!

Innovative and incredibly useful
Loop has been an invaluable tool and resource since I first started using it. It’s an innovative platform and concept different from anything else I’ve used. I’m always looking for ways to give items new life, repurpose what I can, or get things into the hands of people who will use them. Loop does all of that so simply and seamlessly; it’s literally as easy as leaving something at the door. On the other side, it brought joy into my family’s life on day one of using it: my 4-year-old pedaled a bike we picked up through Loop for the very first time. That moment alone was worth it.
I’ve had the chance to meet some of the team behind Loop, and they’re every bit as focused and thoughtful as the app itself. It’s inspiring to see a startup here in our neighborhood creating a more sustainable and connected community with such an innovative idea!
