Admins need to monitor chats
The admins and ambassadors take extensive time/do not take any action when users experience discomfort. Certain behavior should not be tolerated and stronger punishments must be implemented. Also, if you're thinking of getting it- probably not worth it if you aren't a freshman: the app lacks user retention because people don't go on it after the first few months of class.
TLDR: Take down offensive content and users. People are using LC as a medium to violate COVID guidelines, and no one has interfered.

Kinda weird?
I deleted it because I didn’t have a use for it at the time and it keeps downloading on my phone over and over again even after I deleted it…
Can’t use it
So I got a new number and I tried logging into my account with my email. They won’t let me log in because the email I used doesn’t allow spam. So I tried looking up how to change phone number for account. They made it impossible for people who gets new phone numbers. I emailed customer service and they said it should be good to use now. I tried using my school email and it says the same thing as before. I logged out to try again. Now it won’t let me log back in. Customer service needs a phone number to contact. I have no use for this app if I can’t get access to my school chat.

They Make it unnecessarily hard to terminate an account, which if it’s free should be easy.
