Background play bug

The app no longer supports background play when i go to different apps. That feature was the very reason why I loved this app so much! It is an option on the app, but doesn’t work like it used to since the update. Please fix!!

Hello, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear the new update is causing issues for you. We are releasing a new update in the next day that should fix this issue. But if doesn't, please reach out on our contact form, which can be found by clicking the 'Ideas' button in the app, or visiting our website. I'm sure you're aware, but just in case, the setting "Loop videos in the background" controls whether or not audio continues to play when you swipe out of the app. This may have been renamed since a past update, so please try turning it off and turning it back on again to see if that corrects the issue. There is also a new setting "Enable Mini-Player" which allows the videos to appear on screen after swiping out of the app. Thanks!

New update is terrible

I’ve tried contacting support multiple times since the app updated days ago bc it’s essentially made the app useless to me now. It crashes every single time I try to load a video from somewhere other than the gallery. Functionality has completely decreased, beyond disappointing

I love how it keeps looping my sports videos from my kids basket ball games or sledding doe the snow hills. Great app

Predatory and constant ads with phishing scams. Loopideo is not user friendly, the interface is strange and freezes up.

Luckily the pro was only 1.99

I downloaded this and I kept getting an error saying “the requested operation couldn’t be completed because the feature is not supported“ I thought it might be an issue with OneDrive issue so I downloaded the video onto my iPad and got the same error. Figured it might be a feature only available on the pro version, tried to do the same thing and got the same error. I’m beyond glad that the pro was only 2

App used to be good, actually great

I used to love this app, recommend it to tons of friends and family, but then the adds became abboxious and horrible, I mean there are tons and it makes it hard for certain things I use the app for, no long recommend it.

great! but can be abit messy sometimes

I use this app daily but due to that there can be alot of videos which leads to INTENSE clutter and confusion on what videos are which, i feel like adding the ability to make playlists would make this app amazing.

Worked great for awhile

This app worked great for while then started doing strange things and now it won’t download anymore. I had bought the upgrade and now I am sorry I did! Deleting it and now wasted money. This company and app should be banned and prosecuted for fraud!

Decent but flawed playback

I love the idea. It is useful for looping sections of dance videos I am trying to learn. The program has a significant issue, however. Once reaching the end of the video it does not loop back to the beginning, but instead starts about quarter the way through the video. This happens on both the iphone and ipad, so it seems to be something wrong with the loop coding in the program.

Not updating.

This app will not update on older iPads. Your program coders should factor in that education budgets do not allow new kit everywhere. We cannot all afford to be adding to landfill sites.
