The best laundry service ever
Fell in love with using their wash and fold service. They give a free duffel bag for your first wash and the prices are pretty good compared to other competitors.
The user experience was very good in the app. I’ve been using this service for a while and the customer service has always been really good

Best Wash & Fold Service Yet
Loopie Laundry is definitely a stand-out amongst other such laundry services.
I've tried several different wash and fold companies, and they've all come up short. Until now. The four vs five stars I'm giving is only due to not being completely satisfied with a few returned items and a lost sock. The four stars vs less is due to the outstanding customer service received all the way through. When reaching out to them about my lack of 100% satisfaction, they did not get defensive. Instead, they apologised and went straight to troubleshooting. Lest someone read this and decide to dishonestly take advantage of their kindness. I won't go into the steps they took to remediate. Suffice to say, they went above and beyond and were patient, kind, and helpful all along the way.
I believe I have finally found my go-to laundry service company.

I’m a salon owner and have been using Loooie for 2 years now! Great customer service and very affordable and reliable!
Easy and convienient
I’ve used this service I in Seattle, Portland and Denver. Super easy and super convenient. Flat rate price is great and I appreciate the how helpful the employees are
Not the same - pick up and delivery is obnoxious now
I used them in the past - I believe when they were just starting in my area (or just smaller?) idk, but then they were using their own people to pick and drop off- now they use DoorDash.
It’s been SO annoying. I write out long instructions on the Loopie app and come to find out they just tell DoorDash “they’ll meet you out in parking garage”
Well I wasn’t home both times they picked up and dropped off but now that they’re using DoorDash I guess you have to to ensure you’re going to be getting your clothes delivered? The first person didn’t even speak English so I had to have my roommate run out there and scavenge the area to find him.
I will never use them again. Off to a different service

Awful Service
This service is terrible. They charged me immediately for a comforter service, but they use DoorDash runners for pick up and don’t give them any information. So the door code I left in the notes wasn’t given to the runner and they called me like 6 times in a row. I wasn’t available, so the runner just didn’t pick up my item.
Customer service texted me and I reminded them about the door code, and they said they would send someone else out, and they never did. Now customer service isn’t responding to me in any of the ways I’m contacting them (email, text or chat) and I’m just going to initiate a charge back for the service. This is a scam, don’t waste your time.

New app is buggy
New app is full of bugs and lost of the history of previous orders.

Terrible— sloppy sheets that aren’t dry
As a busy massage therapist, I had high hopes for this service, but I’m extremely disappointed. Sloppiest folding of sheets I’ve ever seen— even the flat sheets weren’t square, just haphazardly folded unevenly. Did someone make their kindergartener fold these? And none of the sheets or face cradle covers were all the way dry either. Now I have to take them all home or to a laundromat to dry them! I expected much better at this price point. And when I complained on the website , I just got a bot response (twice) saying they’d have to “come back to [me] later on that one.” Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The customer service is exceptional. SO friendly. So prompt. So responsive. Laundry comes back clean, smelling fresh, sorted, and folded. LOVE this service. Thank you Loopie!!!
Worst service ever
I needed a clean shirt for a wedding. After travelling in my bag it needed service. I paid $50 to have it picked up two hours late, received laundry that was not mine and ended up with my shirt with no pressing, had to get it done again somewhere else. I’m surprised these guys are still in business. Shouldn’t last long.

First time doing it so was a little skeptical but that changed quickly when I returned home from work to see them in the Loopie bags nicely folded. Never been so excited to do laundry ha. Will use again, thanks!
App doesn’t seem to be set up for new users
Seems like a wonderful offering but logging in as a new customer they should give you more instructions on how to get started. It says they’ll send you a complementary bag but it looks like you have to pay for it? Confusing interface for new users....

Great Service
Was in Seattle for the week and I needed to wash some clothes. Concierge at the hotel said that there was a new service and I’d be the first one to use it at this hotel and we gave it a shot. The service was awesome, they picked up timely and notified me it was “picked up”, then I got a notification it was washed and finally a notification when it was delivered. All as they said it would be. Clothes was perfectly folded and smelled fresh. I paid a reasonable price for a huge bag of dirty clothes. Will for sure use it again.
