It would appear like a great app, but you cannot try the non-pro version, unless to subscribe to the 7 day Pro trial. Marketing ploy to get you to inadvertently pay for a year’s subscription if you forget to cancel. If the designer wanted star ratings and positive reviews, they would give you access to the non-pro version to try it out. However I can see that the non-version is useless, so I’ve deleted the app.

Scam
I saw an ad for this on IG and it specifically said that it had a free version, saw the reviews and many commented on how great the free version was, so I downloaded it. I get thru all the questions and then it says get the free 7-day trial and the. You have to sign up for the $49 membership and you can’t get the trial without giving Payne t details. What a scam!

BEWARE: App does not sync
Buyer beware!! I love everything about this app, how it has smart pattern, easily allows me to customize my patterns, easy to download patterns, the row counters, time keeping, all of it! I love it so much I literally bought an iPad so I could see my patterns better because my phone is too small and it’s cumbersome to edit the patterns.
I get my new iPad, I am beyond excited to use my app on my iPad and it won’t sync!! So now, instead of being excited, I am beyond frustrated!
I realize I can probably just put the patterns on my iPad instead but if I’m out and about, I don’t want to have to take my iPad everywhere.
If you aren’t concerned about syncing, then I highly recommend this app.

You cannot check out the app, without signing up for the “free trial” which the ad specifically says you don’t need! This app seems a bit too pushy for my liking. Idk how much the pro version costs after trial because you can’t see any of that info unless you sign up for the free trial. Which developer says you can skip that page, NO you absolutely cannot!

Trial is confusing
So i downloaded the app, and i cant x out of the trial screen. I not paying for an app that says is free.
Disturbing timer, endless questions, no practical pattern or tutorial

want to love this so badly!
but it is just SO buggy. not so much that it is unusable, so i still use it for all my projects. but it is so close to being amazing. the screen sometimes just gets completely cut off halfway. if you tap start work mode, it sometimes won’t let you tap on anything else. it’s confusing that the start work mode button is basically ALWAYS there, even after you’ve already tapped it and are in work mode. smart generate pattern doesn’t do anything half the time. i absolutely love that you can mark off each step, but it is a confusing interface because sometimes the steps are just text and other times you are able to actually mark them off (i have to tap and untap start work until this works. just a lot of little things that add up.

“Free”
I was just trying to set up the app and they kept throwing a “free 7 day trial” in my face that had no obvious way of closing it. I tried closing the app and reopening it, but it takes me to the same window. There are enough subscriptions out there. It’s either free or it isn’t.
Requires Trial of paid plan
It won’t let me even try any of the features without agreeing to a 7-day free trial. I get that it’s a free trial, but let me see if I even like the basic features before obligating me to a trial that I then have to go and cancel.
Forced free trial
After reading through the 15 screens of question you are forced to accept a premium “free trial” and there is no way to exit. Immediately deleted, no thanks.
Loopsy
I wasn’t really that big of a crocheter until I found this app and I’ve gotten lots of inspiration for learning new skills but I give it a three star because it doesn’t have a lot of patterns yet TvT
Good website
At first I answered all the questions to sign up and and add to upgrade from free to premium came up and the page would not allow me to leave without signing up for the upgrade. I let the developer know and they wrote an apology due to the ad freezing.
I tried again today and the same as came up but the choice to opt out was there. The site just malfunctioned before.
I’ve been working and it appears to be a great site for having everything in one spot. Very convenient.
