This seems dumb since that’s the point of real cash gambling games. It’s insane to me how you contact customer support and your responded by AI, saying this feature MIGHT be added in the future…
Scam
Do not use this. It’s an absolute scam. If you do battles and you tie with a bot they will give the win to the bot. There’s no tiebreaker. Also odds are absolutely awful. Do not put your money in here. Stay away from.
UPDATE after the developer responded:
They say that it’s random, no it’s not. ONLY the bot battles are 1v1 it is, I actually see the animation of the wheel spinning and you get to see who its lands on. When it’s a 1v1v1 or 1v1v1v1, it will automatically go to the bot. You don’t see any wheel animation, it just instantly decides that the bot wins. I’ve tied with a bot 4 times in a 1v1v1 and it always went to the bot instantly. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Ties are decided randomly. We do not make bots win on purpose. In addition, all outcomes are provably fair.
Complete scam
Even if you “win” you end up paying them $15 to ship a $5 pack of pokemon cards… this is hands down the worst one of these i have tried…
NO WITHDRAWAL
Don’t download this app if you’re not wealthily stabled! Yeah the achievements are great for extra .5 cash here and there but the odds on many of these so called “fair” boxes always gives me vouchers or something that won’t get my money back to play again. The achievements overtime get harder for the same reward

I am writing this because for one, it’s legit and 2 I did win an item. Unfortunately, what I won was out of stock but they offered me a free for all pick of equivalent dollar amount on eBay and the item did get delivered
