Worst App Experience I’ve Had
I would give this app a ZERO rating if that were an option.
This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. The app keeps loading endlessly and often takes more than a minute to move to the next screen. The live tracking feature is not working as expected.
I use this app to track my daughter's travel to and from school, but it is unreliable and frequently becomes unresponsive. It also displays incorrect information. For example, it continues to show the pickup and drop-off times as 00:00, and it marks my daughter as absent even though she traveled to and from school on the school bus today.
These critical issues completely defeat the purpose of the app.
