Outstanding food, inadequate app, horrible delivery.

Excellent food, packing, ingredients, BUT the app does not let you track the delivery partner, my first order on their app and divert took 51 minutes instead of approx 30 minutes shown while placing the order. Perhaps better to place order through Zomato/ Swiggy.

Frauds

I ordered a spinach corn bomber burger and was given a simple burger instead. After complaining i was ridiculed and asked to make a complaint through the app if i wished to. The customer support is so rude and bad. Really very disappointed

Cheap Buns served in burgers

When I ate at outlet they served good, but today I ordered for first time at home but chefs at store are using cheap quality of buns in burgers, although patty and else stuff was good but buns are not.

Less Quantity Food served

They Fool people

I ordered a large Choco oreo shake (₹336) . The shake which i got was completely different from the picture shown . I could get the same shake for 30 ruppes from anywhere and when i asked the staff , they replied that those pictures are just to attract people.

Premium Black forest shakes

The premium shake is not premium. It has only flavour and water. It is a waste of money and the taste is sour . Shakes are not worth it at all because it is just a flavour
