Lore Lineage Now Speaks Your Language The whole app is translated across eight languages — English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic and Swedish. That covers the Family Calendar, profiles and forms, the guided tour, every dialog, and the labels VoiceOver reads aloud. Month names and date order follow local convention, so a Japanese date reads 1935年2月14日 rather than a rearranged English one. Step-Relatives Told Apart From In-Laws Kinship terms now distinguish step relations from in-laws. A stepmother is no longer labelled a mother-in-law — in every supported language. Large Family Trees Fixed Connector lines on very wide families no longer draw as broken fragments, and distant relatives stay tappable. Panning and zooming no longer stop responding after you move far across a big tree. Couples now sit centred above their children, removing the long horizontal lines that used to cross unrelated families. Theme Consistency The Family Calendar and the status bar now follow your chosen theme, including Ivory & Gold, instead of staying dark. Safer Backups Encrypted backups are more reliable, and a failed restore no longer replaces your existing tree.
