Hi — we’re really sorry this was your experience, and we completely understand why it feels frustrating to pay before knowing whether a product is the right fit. Our app runs on some of the most advanced AI image & video models available today, and every single video and image generation has a real, non-trivial cost on our end. A significant portion of each payment (30%) goes to the App Store and taxes, and a majority of the remainder directly covers the compute required to generate high-quality, realistic videos. Because of these costs, we’re unfortunately not able to offer unlimited free trials at this time. That said, we’re actively working on clearer previews, better onboarding, and more flexible options so users can understand what to expect before buying credits. Our product is built primarily for businesses who value high-end output quality, which we understand may not be the right fit for everyone. If you feel the app didn’t meet expectations, please reach out to us at rohan@loreanlabs.com and we’ll be happy to help.
