Loren had the worst customer service of any product I have ever bought. To this day they have not updated the app to work with Apple products. If you buy one expect to toss it after first problem.

I have spent a year talking with lorex about them updating their app as I have 3 years left on the extended warrantee they sold me claiming their products worked with iOS an Mac. - they have done nothing in 12 months to resolve the problem. Avoid this companies products they do not stand behind their products

The app needs updated to work with IOS 11. Since the developers refuse to update the app it renders my camera viewing, and future purchases, with Lorex pointless.

When is an update for IOS 11 going to be released. To have a nonfunctional security system is unacceptable.

I have this system for about 3 years and it has always worked great from my cell or iPad app until IOS 11. So frustrating to have a security system that doesn’t keep up with the times. Lorex keep your updates to keep app functioning and customers coming back. As of now I would not buy another Lorex system just because of this problem.

Not compatible with Apple products.
The worked intermittently but now I get a message saying app needs to be updated to work with iOS 11. Would not buy this product again. Not user friendly. Will not send out email notifications as advertised.

What is up? Get the app updated!!
I purchased this security system three years ago. It works fine from within my home since. I always was able to monitor the cameras from my iPad and cell phone. Now for about a month it states that Lorex does not use the iOS 11. I just called Lorex. It needs to be updated through Lorex.... I know this has been a problem for several months and still Lorex hasn’t updated the app....? Uhh let’s get this done Lorex.....keep up with the updates... so you can get 5 stars!
