It’s the second time around for me on all the games and I enjoy them as much if not more than the first time.

Lost Lands Rocks
Yet another great mystery from the coders at Five-BN. Good graphics and intriguing puzzles to solve as you move through the game. They have a number of games and they are all excellent and worth doing, this is my second time around and it still tests me.

Meh - not their best
I have enjoyed playing the Lost Lands games, but this one was not as good as the earlier games. Gameplay was shorter, the puzzles were simpler, and the game mechanics were not quite right. Several times I knew what I had to do, but I didn’t click in the exact right spot, so the game would not let me progress. There were also some English language errors - these didn’t really affect the gameplay, but I didn’t notice any such errors in previous games. It made me think that this game was rushed, not up to the high standard of the previous Lost Lands games.

Wind chimes puzzle not working
The farthest right chime will not attach to the base. I’m certain I’m doing it right, even went and found a walkthrough just to make sure. I’ve restarted the game three times. All the other chimes are fine. I’ve tried solving it left to right, and right to left. What do
Another Intriguing Chapter
This is my favourite so far. I love the story and the characters. The world is growing with each episode and although it can be played in isolation those who are following it linearly are rewarded. Some surprises. The cliffhanger is a welcome touch.
I think there are always some annoyances like leaving a total mess when I’m trying to be discreet. Dropping equipment that would prove useful, And some of the animal treatment is dodgy. Still it’s easy to forgive and imagine solutions out of it.
All up I’m loving the long story as well as each chapter. By far the best developer for adventure puzzle games.

Absolutely excellent
I love this genre of games and have been playing through the series.
The puzzles are a good mix between intuitive and being totally lost for a little while. Keeps it fun.

I’ve played them all and some of them multiple times. It amazes me how addicting Five-BN games are to play. I’ve searched and trialed other games like DO, Big Fish, Friendly Fox and Alawar. Alawar owns Five-BN but even playing just Alawar games isn’t the same. If it says Five-BN then buckle up and stock up on the drinks and snacks because it’s hard to stop playing once you start. I wish they had more games but they are a small company. Some of the greatest designers in the business. I periodically read forums digging for unknown games by Five-BN but there are no more until the next new one. If Five-BN reads these reviews then just know you are amazing and have brought so much joy to this old man. With minimal enjoyable things in today’s world, you guys are a shining star. You guys/gals are the pillar of my gaming world. Thank you!
