This update is about the venue desk: who decided what, why, and being able to put a wrong category right. • A claim decision now records who made it and when — approvals and denials alike. Denials had no timestamp at all before. • The reason for a decision is shown as short labels rather than a paragraph, and it is written in your own language. The explanation used to be English for everyone. • The history tab now lists requests that were turned down, not only the ones approved. • You are now told when a claim was not verified, instead of the request simply going quiet. • Staff can correct a category the photo analysis got wrong, and matching is recalculated straight away. • The staff list shows the owner, every colleague and every pending invitation in one place, with the date each one joined. • A colleague whose invitation has since been deleted can now be removed. Until now they were the one person the owner could not withdraw access from. • Descriptions are shown in your own language, wherever they were written. The original is always one tap away. • A found item now also gets an internal note of its identifying marks — serial numbers, engravings, wear — written from the photo and visible only to venue staff. It is what a claim is checked against, and it is independent of what the owner wrote. • Address lookup now says when it cannot reach the address service, instead of showing an empty list that looks like "no such address". • Notifications: your device is now registered on every way of signing in, not just one. That is what alerts about found items, claim decisions and returns depend on. • Large text sizes: the privacy warning shown when a photo cannot be checked, the sign-in sheet and the found-report screen are all readable at the largest accessibility sizes. • That privacy warning is now a panel you can scroll rather than a dialog that stopped mid-sentence, and both choices stay on screen while you read. • Creating a venue account no longer ends on an error message when the account and the venue were in fact created. • Inviting a colleague now tells you whether the invitation email was actually delivered. • The item list no longer shows an unrecognised status as if it were an ordinary one. • The storage countdown no longer reports a statutory deadline as passed up to twelve hours early. • Danish wording fixes, including the inventory screen's name.
