LotBook

Every collection has a story. LotBook helps you keep its details in one place, from the first photograph to the latest ownership record. BUILD YOUR PERSONAL CATALOGUE Add photos, notes and documents to your items. Organise your collection with groups, locations and tags, and find what you need with search. Record purchases, sales and ownership history alongside the objects they belong to. START FREE Catalogue up to 100 items outside the Trash. Use personal iCloud sync, App Lock and JSON backups to manage your collection across supported devices. GO FURTHER WITH LIFETIME PRO A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited items, invoice and receipt recognition, advanced search, CSV import and export, custom fields, detailed value and finance tools, professional reports and Collection Health checks. Recognition runs on your device, and you can review the results before saving. Pro has no recurring subscription fee. SHARE SELECTED ITEMS Pro owners can create shared collections, choose their items and information profile, and invite read-only viewers. Originals stay in My Collection, and an item can belong to several shared collections. Invited viewers do not need Pro. Removing access cannot recall copies someone has already saved. MADE FOR YOUR COLLECTION Use LotBook on iPhone and iPad, with English and Simplified Chinese interfaces. iCloud sync requires an available Apple Account, sufficient iCloud storage and a network connection.
