개한심하네 니들이 그러니까 쥐꼬리같은 연봉 쳐받는거야 ㅋㅋ 어떻게 개발하고 qa를 해야 앱이 아예 베트남어로 뜨냐? Vietnamese english 서포트 넣었다면서 그냥 언어를 다 베트남어로 쳐바꿔놓네 ㅋㅋ 어휴 진짜 그냥 치킨집이나 열고 살아라
Less than helpful
I do not like this app. I like Lotte Mart. I shop there often. But I do not use their app.
1. It’s not in English even tho it says so.
2. I cannot use my store points. There are two sets of points - instore and online - they don’t combine or convert.
3. I can use my PayPal bank card instore but not online. Which means
4. Delivery is cash only. PayPal bank card is accepted only in the store. This may due to government laws but very inconsistent.
5. And I must re-enter my address for EVERY delivery.
I didn’t think it could be this bad. The Vietnamese staff in Đà Nẵng was very happy to help me navigate the app but they found the same problems.
Sadly, I deleted the app after spending time setting it up. Easier to just go to the store.

app rất tệ
Vào app đặt vé bao nhiêu lần cứ báo lỗi thanh toán, phải thoát ra rồi vô lại nhiều lần làm hết muốn đặt vé luôn.
Lỗi không thể hiện dữ liệu data
Là 1 hệ thống lớn nhất nhì Việt Nam mà làm cái App quá chán. Thời buổi công nghệ gì rồi mà còn thế này. Bảo sao CGV họ mạnh đến vậy. Bao nhiêu người đánh giá và góp ý thì bỏ ngoài tai. Vậy xài App này để làm gì ? Report đi còn hơn. Thất vọng tràn trề!
