Hard to use and must subscribe

I tried to scan by using my 2 of my 5 trial scans-forget it-I deleted my app. I better not get charged-I did not pick a subscription package. Km

How do you cancel?

I have spent a lot of unnecessary time trying to cancel this app. There is not an option in ITunes to cancel. Please cancel my subscription. I have sent numerous emails to your Support tab with no help. Thank you.
