Purchased Power Play on tickets, but it was not acknowledged in the scan

Not helpful really. Multiple attempts, with tickets from multiple states, either resulted in omitted rows of numbers, or parsing errors and the entire ticket does not get scanned. Good idea, but needs more work

When I scanned my ticket it shows I didn’t purchase power play. I purchased power play and double play. I also had to manually enter my numbers because when I took the picture all my numbers were wrong and it only showed one row instead of two.

Doesn't scan the QR code, manual entry of the numbers is made 10x more infuriating because every space is prefilled out with the wrong number and you have to manually delete them to enter the actual numbers. Have the developers never used a smart phone before?

This app doesn’t even scan all the numbers on the ticket. I tried 4 different tickets in well-lit photos and it would only scan 1-2 sets of numbers
