Can no longer scan my ticket. Keeps trying to download a third party QR app. No longer shows where winning tickets were purchased. Can't see the amount of the next draw.

Feels scammy, did not receive tickets after purchase
I purchased two tickets for Lotto Max and did not receive them nor any email confirming my purchase. The transaction went through my credit card though. I reached out to the app support team and they told me I purchased the tickets through a website they are affiliated with and to contact them and didn’t help me any further. I don’t know what website this is and how to reach out to them. I filed a dispute with my bank to have my money returned. Overall, feels scammy and untrustworthy, would not recommend.

Not using it
The system auto filled the wrong city while signing up and because I didn’t change it there’s a haste to change it. Never bought a ticket, maybe not meant to be but their system is stupid because I can’t change my fake address to my real address. 🤦

On vérifie nos numéros alors SVP donnez-nous la liste des sélections qui correspond à mon billet qu’on puisse d’amuser un peu, et arrêtez de vouloir nous vendre plein de chose on désire seulement la liste des 50 ou 100 sélections. Ça fonctionne le matin et si tu les vérifies le soir, ça fonctionne plus.

Waste of paper
Why, when the rest of North America’s lottories use a small 3x 4” piece of paper for its ticket do we still allow such a waste of paper for Max tickets and on top of that a receipt Start using technology and get in the 21st century.
