Lights good app not so much
The lights I purchased work just fine and the remote it came with base more options then the app. The app does work just not all that well. Only one setting will let me use the app to turn up or down the brightness and sometimes that does not work. It does work to turn on and off the lights. But I have a remote that works great. I’ll just stick to the remote.

Not sure why people are having so many issues with this app. I love it works totally fine with my older phones to my newest. I like that I
can turn my lights on and off in my kitchen from my bedroom. Dims, changes colours, does everything it’s supposed to.

Works turning on and off but the slider to dim the lights is not working
App works great for turning the lights on and off and the blinking color changes. But the slider does not work whenever you touch the slider it changes the color wheel. App would be a 5* if everything worked correctly
Connecting
I’m sure the app works great, but I can’t seem to connect it to my lights. I’ve tried a lot of different ways many times, but nothing seems to work.
Unclear about adding to smart hub
The app does the basics, but I was hoping the led light strips could be set up in smart life or another app. It’s unclear if it’s possible.

Basic Control…Needs a bit more!
The strip is high quality with good 3M adhesive backing. I would love for the app to have a chasing or comet effect, alternating color feature with the 3 colors available, and or flame effect. It is just a very basic app that doesn’t suit my project. Please Update and this would be 5 stars.
Scheduling doesn’t work
I have 6 sets of these led strips and they work fine. Problem is I cannot get the scheduled on off to work. I set up 3 groups and they randomly work at the correct times. I can never get them all to work. Also if I set the on/off schedule for 1 group it changes the on/off schedule for all groups. Manual on/off works fine.

Skeptical of review score but… Great so far
I was skeptical due to the low review score but it’s been working flawlessly for me. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro with the latest software. App installed and starting working immediately, no pairing or such. Strobe, fade, fast, slow, warm white to daylight, on/off. Thank you, just what I was looking for.

Not recognising device
After the recent update, the app has stopped recognising my corner floor lamp. Very annoyed as I use the app for scheduling the on/off times. Now I can't use the option. Please fix asap!
Terrible
I have the lotus CCT ap on my iPhone and cannot use the dim/bright slide bar as the large circular hue adjustment “disk” gets in the way. Totally useless and do not recommend
SCHEDULER DOESN’T WORK
The scheduler totally erases once you close the app or exit that feature while still in the app. And the app itself is very buggy in other areas. This is an extremely poor design.
Incompetent programmers
What else is there to say for a title? Nothing you do in settings will be kept. It just erases, back to nothing. Useless programmers who should go out and shake the fries rack at McDonalds.
Awkward interface
The circular part of the interface, where you choose whether you want blue light or yellow light, is so sensitive it moves when you either try to power the lights on and off with the toggle above it, or choose the brightness with the slider below it.
This should not be a circular element. There’s no reason a simple slider just like the brightness slider isn’t being used.
I’ll still use it, but it’s annoying.

Schedule function doesn’t work
When setting the timer, it always resets itself so essentially doesn’t work
