SO MANY TERRIBLE INAPPROPRIATE ADS!! PLUS THE PLATFORM CRASHES AND BUGS OUT EVERY TIME!

This led light controlling app is the worst I’ve even seen. I genuinely can’t believe this. MASSIVELY disappointing

This app is horrible

Literally every time I touch the screen it gives me an add asking for a payment towards their unlimited subscription. So stupid it literally won’t let you change the color without you paying a fee.
Dont get this app please.🥹💔

Pay

Only lets you use the app if you pay for a subscription and the 4.5 star review overall rating is fake

Fraudulent App!!

Do not download this app. It is nothing but ads. It requires your credit card information in order to set up a “free” account, the it automatically enrolls you in a subscription, and it is impossible to cancel. Nobody answers messages sent in their “Contact Us” link. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Download a different app instead

It doesn’t even let you control the lights without paying for a membership. If you download Lotus LanternX (it was the app that came up under this one) it connected to my lights just fine and let me control the lights with no ads or membership- hope this helps someone.

Garbage

The app seems to exist solely for you to sign up for the paid plan to use the electronics you already paid for. I just want to turn it off yet I had to skip 2 ads to simply get to the dashboard, and clicking the power button just opens another ad trying to convince you to buy the paid version. Do not buy anything that uses this app.

Pop-up ads

Every time you touch the screen it pulls up a $17 subscription ad

Pay the app to control the lights????

Had these lights for a couple years now and enjoyed them with my android. Just "upgraded" to an iphone and now they want $15 with the iOS app to use the same lights I had before. Plus, this one has a ridiculous amount of ads. I was going to buy more of these lights but not now. I'll buy different lights/brand and replace these. I will NOT pay any money to control lights through an app. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Trial

Not sure why I need to pay $15 to use lights that I just paid $60 for? What does the $15 include? The ads are ridiculous. Pop up every other time I hit a different button. I might consider the subscription if I knew what it did. Can you offer a one hour trial ?

subscription glitch?

got a new bedframe with led lights, everytime i click on the colors the subscription options pop up EVERY. TIME.
