Yep, this app doesn’t own the lights you buy, it’s just a free controller that many brands use so they don’t have to make one. It works well and doesn’t deserve the poor ratings because your lights broke.
Fix
The app is great it’s just nothing stay connected and I would have to delete and re add it for it to work then it will just unconnected everything again
Can’t find my lights.
I lost my other remote to one of my lamps so I downloaded the app to hopefully change the lamp colors. However, after downloading the app, I tried to click “add device”and it just keeps searching. It can’t seem to find my lamps. Sigh.. it’s not complicated.

i wish i could connect it with my music so it could go off the beat it would be class if it did i’ve had these leds for years but some are a different colour i have no idea how that happened

I want the light to turn on and off during a specific time period—for example, turning on between 9:00 and 18:00. Currently, the light only turns on and off at the specific times I set; if I schedule it to turn on at 9:00, it won't turn on at 10:00. I bought the device, but I cannot use it comfortably with your app.

ok, first of all, this app is actually really good considering that you can have a scheduled time, effects, and change the brightness. second of all, i dont know why this app has so many bad reviews.
it literally took 3 seconds to find the lights in bluetooth and another 3 seconds to pair. so fast. only thing i wish it had were more modes, like fade (it has gradient, just not really the same) and just like a faded rainbow. but for 12 bucks, i absolutely love these and the app. ( i got the led strip off amazon). thanks!

The timer isn't working as it should. I would like the lighting to operate differently and turn on for a specific, set duration—meaning I could specify in the app when the light should be on, and have it remain off the rest of the time.

Hackers paradise
I feel stupid for connecting it but I deleted the app after a few minutes when I really thought it through. This is essentially an open key to your private data. If you think about it the Bluetooth feature is completely useless for the lights I bought, the lights come with a remote. But they’ve conveniently made it impossible to use the cool-toned white lights unless you have the app. It’s the only colour not programmed on the remote already. This app has to be granted permission to scan all nearby Bluetooth devices. This is elementary level cybersecurity but I wanted to be lazy and turn my outdoor lights off without going outside. It’s runs quietly in the back ground, can track your usage of other devices, AND transfers data to those devices. If this app has weak security your whole life is available for viewing. Delete it!

I just wanted a neon sign and a remote with it to operate. I get a very poor product with lots of delicate wiring that comes apart in your hand and furthermore I have to download an app that’s connected to fraudulent payment apps and it is asking me to connect to irrelevant devices around my home. Allow the customer to be able to do the basics first, which we still didn’t discover… oh and any device sent through that are connected with this product then get your magnifying glass out to read the instructions!

Worst app ever
The lamp shows up as 3 separate light strips. You can only add 1 device to a group. Kind of defies the definition of a “group”. The lamp was completely unresponsive to all commands from the app even though it paired successfully.
