Ha WOW you're the first person to ever give Loud and clear a "Holy cow" review! Thank you for the glowing endorsement, it blesses me to see. You can always reach out if you need any help to steven@loudandclear.io.

Thanks for such a special note. I am so glad you join us for our Friday voice classes via zoom. Reach out any time to steven@loudandclear.io with any other questions or thoughts!

Difficult for my Parkinson’s patients

The new version does not allow my patients enough time to repeat each sentence/phrase. My patients are on the older side and take a little extra time to read the prompt on the screen. By the time they have started reading, it tells them they are too soft. The app should allow more time like the old version where you had to click the button to go to the next exercise.

Thanks for reaching out! I will incorporate the feedback about progressing manually with a button tap instead of automatically progressing. If you reach out directly to me at steven@loudandclear.io, I can be sure to tell you when that release happens. While a nonprofit, my goal is to have the single most useful exercise app for people with Parkinsons in the world, and all for free. Your outreach helps me in this pursuit.

Soft Voice? This is the app for you!!

Congratulations on developing an app that is vital to the Parkinson’s community.

I’ve been diagnosed with Parkinson’s in April 2024 and have developed a “soft“ voice.

I was looking for an app that would help me strengthen my voice and your app hit the bull’s-eye.

I love your app!!!

Thanks
Steven

Love this app!

I tried this app and it works great. Love that it’s free and is super effective with Parkinson’s.

Hi Steven,
I was attending your webinar for the 1st time. From Canada, in the province of New Brunswick. It was a nice complement to the exercises I do using the Loud & Clear App.

Freezes

Freezes up on the exercise reminder screen. Can’t skip and can’t go back. I like the exercizes and feel app would be beneficial, but I can’t get off this screen to use it again.

Cost

Cost is now too high for most of my clients. I had been using the program to introduce and teach them to use it but now it’s become too costly.

Response from developer

Great news, we just took the price tag off. It's now free to use and will be in perpetuity. We sincerely hope this helps, thanks for using our app with your clients! Reach out any time to steven@loudandclear.io.

Voice exercises for Parkinson’s.

Great app for improving your voice as a result of Parkinson. Used regularly, it improves your voice and helps you to remember the effort required.

The new update once the AP opens there is an error

Error “oops something went wrong” comes up after you down load the app and open the app. The previous version I had did work, it was a fantastic tool to use unfortunately when I decided to update I can no longer use it. Please advise. Thanks

Response from developer

Agree that iPad app will not open

My husband has a hard time using his iPhone so I was hoping he could use his iPad. Great app though

Response from developer

I'm sorry for the iPad difficulty you experienced (and thanks for the positive feedback in there too!). Please feel free to try again on our newest version as this issue should be fixed now. If you still experience an issue, please reach out to steven@loudandclear.io and we will work to remedy ASAP.

Will not open on my iPad

Works fine on iPhone but text is too small for my husband to read. He has macular degeneration. I thought it would be better on our large iPad but app will not open!

Response from developer

Thank you for your attention! I am sorry you had trouble using our product, please try again with our latest version as the iPad bug has been fixed. And please reach out if you need any more assistance to steven@loudandclear.io. Thank you!

Does not work

After doing exercises there is no button you can access to go back to Home Screen. Text is too large.

Response from developer

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are trying to replicate the bug, would you please send a screenshot to support@loudandclear.io? We want to address this immediately.

Does not work

Every time I click “go” to record my pt’s baseline, the app closes. Please fix this bug!!

Response from developer

Thanks for the review, this bug has been fixed since your review. We'd love for you to revisit the app and let us know your thoughts on the new version. P.S. As a fellow speech path, I'm so pleased to hear you use this with your patients!
