I placed an order via app and I didn’t receive any confirmation email. The order is not visible under My Orders either.
Fix the wishlist!
Every time I update the app I hope the Wishlist gets fixed but it never gets fixed!! It’s so frustrating. I am now maxed at 10 items on my Wishlist. If I try to add another item it says sorry I can’t add more than 20 items. How about fixing the bug so there is no limit?

Tried 15 x to charge my Amex and app wouldn’t let me. It kept removing items. Then can’t buy over 5!

FIX WISHLIST
There are reviews going back YEARS about the bricked wishlist. Meanwhile app constantly updates without addressing it. *Can’t add more items to wishlist, while only 10 items in list. Please fix or just contract the task out to a company that has the skills to fix it.
LOVE the Louis Vuitton App
I went to the Louis Vuitton app to explore apparel, and found the cutest sneakers. They look unique and I can’t wait to wear them with shorts this summer!

Louis Vuitton has had a long history of being one of the best brands in fashion and clothing. But did you know that they also make books? The Louis Vuitton City Guide cover iconic cities from all over the world, with feature artists and designers from that country to get the local culture, food, and overall experience of those cities. I highly recommend getting them all.

“Sorry, you cannot add more than 20 items to your wishlist”…Meanwhile, there’s 10 items in my wishlist. This has been an issue. Clearly, it’s not being addressed.

Just small tweaking
I’m loving how easy it is to navigate the app. I would find it extremely helpful to have a in stock option and an option to sort from high-low and vise versa.

There’s a bug with the wishlist. I have 11 items in my wishlist, when I try to add one more item, app says, “sorry, you cannot add more than 20 items to your wishlist.”
** If the app makes it difficult for people to purchase things, don’t be surprised when people don’t. Perhaps it’s a good thing, as I’ll likely forget about most items I couldn’t add lol. 🤣🤣🤣👏🏼

새롭게 업데이트 되는 앱
디자인이 깔끔하고 직관적이라 사용하기 편리하고 앱이 자주 업데이트 되는 걸 보니 본사에서도 자주 모니터하고 있다고 생각되네요.
다만 주문 내역 업데이트나 반영이 조금 늦어지는 부분들 빠르게 해결되면 정말 완벽한 앱이 될 것 같습니다.
앞으로도 잘 믿고 이용해도록 하겠습니다!
