Love LV and the App
Love the LV app…maybe a little too much! I don’t live particularly close to a store, so ordering from it has saved me a lot of time in terms of travel. The hardest part is waiting for delivery and having it signed for, but the app itself is easy to navigate and works great. Very user friendly. I’m glad LV went the app route and not just a site. So easy to just click and scroll, much to your pockets chagrin lol. Happy shopping and love to LV for such a great virtual experience!

Need my shopping history
Every time I shop in the store, it will register my customer information. Then I wish to see the shopping history from the stores when I log in to the app, so that it is more convenient for me to buy for others or buy another one.
Even better if it shows up which store I bought it from, good memories for the travels.

Fix the wishlist!
Every time I update the app I hope the Wishlist gets fixed but it never gets fixed!! It’s so frustrating. I am now maxed at 10 items on my Wishlist. If I try to add another item it says sorry I can’t add more than 20 items. How about fixing the bug so there is no limit?

It reflects the luxury experience of LV, sometimes get slow but I think it’s my connection
Tried 15 x to charge my Amex and app wouldn’t let me. It kept removing items. Then can’t buy over 5!

FIX WISHLIST
There are reviews going back YEARS about the bricked wishlist. Meanwhile app constantly updates without addressing it. *Can’t add more items to wishlist, while only 10 items in list. Please fix or just contract the task out to a company that has the skills to fix it.
