Lov? About it

Worked long enough to see pictures for a couple of months and froze. You can’t upload anything and this is by far the biggest waste of time and money. I bought 2 and they have both been down. I got them back out to try and still after reset dead. Learned a lesson for sure.

Nothing about the app or the picture frame is user friendly. I would not inflict this product on my worst enemy!

White as soon as I log on

I can’t do anything on it. As soon as I log in it white screens and doesn’t let you do anything.

Horrible app

The frame for this app is fine but the app itself is absolutely horrible. It’s not user friendly at all and I’m usually pretty tech savvy. It’s very difficult to add pics from your phone to the frame. Family members who download the app are supposed to be able to add pics from their homes. None of this works properly and is very frustrating. This should be an easy fun process, but it’s far from that. Don’t buy the frame or download the app!!! Very disappointed! It’s getting sent back!

After updating the app I cant even use it. When I open it my screen is just BLANK. Nothing at all. Yes I tried deleting and reinstalling…Now what?
