It could be a good app, lacks of instruction
Your instructions on how to play don't say that much.
The app doesn't tell you what those icons represent. Like all red hearts, 33% bounces calmly and it's on want love, the pink heart with a white heart inside has 68% and bounces rapidly but it's lackluster, there's a purple heart with a white heart inside 80%, and bounces like crazy also on lackluster.
I'll update this review when I get a clear understanding.

I like this app. It's pretty accurate.
Enjoyable
This is a fun app to play with. Can't say it's 100% accurate, but it's still exciting to see where people are on my love compass.
