App is not accessible

I downloaded the app yesterday and have been having issues. Every time I try to upload a photo either from my gallery or take a selfie, the screen turns black and the app freezes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and the app is designed so that you cannot continue without a photo. I find it comical that I cannot access the app but I keep getting a pop-up to rate the app. So here’s my rating.
