Lost Account

Hello. Before I lost around 800 gems but I still had about 300 so I dealt with it. But now my account is telling me to login like ours the first time and all my gems, keys, and days are lost. I don’t even know what my user id was. This is unacceptable.

Update: They fixed it!!! My account is back and I have ALL my gems back! Thank you guys so much!!!!
