Paid to remove ads, didn’t get ads removed, no response from support

See above. Will give this 5 stars once this is fixed. The game is awesome! Getting ripped off - not awesome.

Bug

Whenever I close the app, not close the open tab for it, just go to Home Screen, and re enter the game, it resets my stuff, and doesn’t keep the babies I get previous to closing the app and doesn’t keep the coins and power ups I got previous to closing it, yet somehow keeps my top record, please fix it
