I’ve used this for a day and really appreciate the simplicity and that I can get the reminder on my watch. I’m withholding a star because I really wish it would give you another alert after the 20 seconds are up.

This app turned out to be what I was looking for a long while.. one feature I’d like that the app would have is that once it tells me to look into a distance, it should include like a 2 minute countdown, at the end of which it’d tell me to go back to work. Because what happens is that I see the notification and just look away for a second and get back to work or if I look away then I don’t get back to work for a long time...

Simplicity and elegance
I like this app. It does what it’s supposed to do. It does not pause for you to rest your eyes 20 seconds. The automatic pause and restart will earn the fifth star.

If only purpose of getting this app is to practice widely known and effective 20-20-20 practice for eye relaxation; whether you are a student, computer worker or anybody who works on or stare at digital screens for extended hours; this app is great and gets the job done. There is nothing sort of a milestone graphics or something magical. It just sets a reminder at whatever interval you want and gives you the choice of how you want to be reminded at the end of each cycle.
Although this might sound so simple but there are only a few apps available on app store like this one, of which most are useless and/or are paid. I have tried all these apps before settling to this one.
