Subscription for nothing
App content stops at 2017 but continues to charge subscription fees.
App needs updating
I purchased a magazine a couple of years ago and now I cannot open it. I think the app needs updating.
Auto renewed but no new issues since 2017
I just got billed another $24.99 to renew this magazine until 2019 but there are no new issues available since Winter 2017? Who charges for magazines that don’t exist? And the report a problem feature with Apple says it isn’t for subscriptions. My only option is to cancel...but I will still get charged for this year of nothing.

You get nothing for your subscription
After I bought a subscription, I still have no access to ANY issue. This is a great magazine, and I used to subscribe to the hard copy, but dropped that subscription due to the fact I only received a single issue. They blamed it on their distributor, and sent the missed issues in a single bundle,. I saw this app, and hoped it would be a way to get the issues directly. Sadly, they are as incompetent here as their mail room. I am canceling my subscription and will be demanding a refund as I did not get what I paid for.

Disappointed
I never had a problem with the app until 2 months ago. Now I'm being double-billed and new issues aren't showing up in the catalog. Waste of time. I'll just schlep to the newsstand and purchase a physical copy from now on.
Nothing but problems!!
I have tried everything to get this app to work. I've purchased a couple of magazines, and was going to purchase a subscription, but honestly, I've wasted my money!!!! I cannot access the magazines I've bought!!! I've even contacted app support, with no response. I'm not happy.... I have EVERY knitting app there is, and they've lost a good paying customer. POOR customer service would be better.... I cannot get ANY customer service at all.

Charged multiple times for 1 magazine
Just Luv "Love of Knitting" but today was the last straw with this app. My Bank accounts been charged for the 4th maybe 5th time for the same Spring 2013 issue & it's so random its bizarre. So now to figure out who to write to & how to get reimbursed!!! Ugh
I love knitting!
This is such a wonderful magazine. Lots of projects of varying difficulty so I can do something quickly or take my time and enjoy creating something more challenging. Such a pleasure to read and plan my projects!
Not great value....
I subscribed thinking I'd pay 2.99 a month and be able to read a magazine each month... But that's not the case I've paid three subs and only been able to read one magazine. So I'm paying $9 for one magazine? Seems very expensive. The subscription prices are very confusing. If paying by the month I'd of expected to be able to read a magazine each month. If this is a quarterly why not a quartley subscription?..

Cant open it
Have purchased a single copy. Its installed but refusing to actually open so I can read it- login is not being accepted. Help?
