Just like our brand, our inspiration comes from a pure, natural place. Motherhood made founder Deepshikha Deshmukh think deeply about the components that went into skincare products for children. Upon discovering that most so-called ‘natural’ products use unnecessary, synthetic ingredients, she decided that there’s a lot more to be done. Her in-depth research and consultation with a host of experts including Ayurvedic specialists, naturopaths and doctors, combined with family skin-nutrition secrets, proved that botanicals offer unique skin benefits.
She studied one of the most ancient traditions practised in India that stresses on the safe and holistic properties of herbal extracts, fruit extracts and essential oils for healthy skin – Ayurveda. Ayurvedic literature, dating back thousands of years outlines the benefits of over 700 plants and herbs that help in enhancement and maintenance of skin health.
