Not updating location
I have been using this app for almost a year now. Every bought premium, but it doesn’t show partner’s location or active status anymore. Idk if this is a bug or the app started getting worse. Please kindly fix it before users start using another app..

Cute app but…
I bought the app so I could write across the screen like advertised but it hasn’t done that so I’m not sure if it was false advertising or if there’s a setting
New update is bad :(
My boyfriend and I have been using this app for almost 2 years and it’s been wonderful, however, this new updated doesn’t allow us to see notifications of when we leave or arrive somewhere. Also the active status only shows up when you’re IN the app only, it used to show up when they were active on the app and also when they were using their phone u_u

La ubicación no es correcta y muchas veces falla, el uso del teléfono de mi pareja es incorrecto, aparece que no ha usado su celular durante 26 días cuando eso no es real, no me gusta esta aplicación para ubicar a tu pareja

Frustrated
What’s the purpose of having an app that shows location incase of emergency if the location isn’t accurate and the active screen isn’t accurate?weve had this app for over a year and it’s to the point of hardly working anymore. This last update made it even worse! It makes me sad we used to love this app.

Inaccurate information
Earlier the app was good, but now it doesn’t show the activity of your partner‘s phone(Phone activate status). Either it’s updating me wrong or app has changed .

Glitching on gf phone
My gf app keeps closing when she’s off the app, for no reason, so it doesn’t tell me when she unlocks the phone and leaves and it display inaccurate phone time when she’s off was last active
Active phone status
They switched the active and inactive phone status to only when they are on the app. It’s a little bit disappointing. I hope it goes back to the way it was before.

O app é top, só que depois dessa atualizado ele não está mostrando mais quantos minutos/horas o parceiro está mexendo no celular e essa era uma das opções mais principais, arrumem isso urgentemente

I enjoy the app but what frustrates me is that the app is every forceful on telling me what to do like “You must not close down the app or you’ll get less info” or “Tell your partner to disable the low battery mode” or telling to change my settings to what it wants, How to i shut it the hell up ?
Also the AI support is no help, i ask it questions and it will not reply or tells me its a bug and it will be fix in the next update, Im not reporting a bug, im asking a question

프리미엄 결제해서 사용하고 있는 커플입니다. 물 마시는 것이 제 여친쪽에서 업데이트가 안 되고 있어요 이걸 중심적으로 사용하고 있었는데 안되서 큰 불편을 겪고 있어요 제발 빠른 시일 내에 고쳐주시기 바랍니다 메일로도 보냈으니까 꼭 좀 확인 부탁드려요

Honestly it’s ok ig it says they have free things I’ve had the app little over 2 months and it feels like you have to pay for everything like the food for the pets you take care of there’s not much in the app you DONT have to pay for it’s mainly you buy a subscription and you get everything you don’t and you get the bare minimum very little is free

Cute concept not good delivery
I feel like this app really had potential but it has soo many areas it could improve in. The idea is very cute overall but needed better delivery and development for this.
Desativem o Pet!
Eu gostava do app no início mas agora tem um tal de pet, um ursinho que a gente tem q alimentar q nem tamagoshi.. e pior, não tem a opção de desabilitar! Eu não quero esse urso.. antes ele ficava dentro de uma caixa e eu ativava se quisesse.. agora não tem mais opção! Ele tá lá e não sai!! Tomou o lugar da página inicial que traçava uma linha entre mim e meu parceiro que informava a quantos quilômetros estou dele.. agora com o urso não tenho mais acesso a essa informação! Vocês precisam colocar uma opção nas configurações para só ativar o pet se quiser! Fora que por várias vezes mostra que a pessoa está em um lugar parado e depois do nada tá em outro completamente diferente.. ou diz q a pessoa está longe mas está em casa na realidade.. enfim.. não é muito precisa a localização. Mas o que mais me incomoda é esse pet! Fica aqui o meu apelo para poder ter a opção de desativá-lo! OBS.: Pago a assinatura anual.. não é a versão gratuita!

Battery Life
Perfect app but the battery life drain is ridiculous. Makes the effectiveness of the app useless unfortunately:( If people are deleting the app its because of rhe battery drain. Fix it and you’ll have sorted your app out
