Do not factor with loves
This app has 1.7 star for a reason. Customer service is horrible one rep even screamed in my ears. Factoring is also slow. Stay away from loves! A big corporation with no integrity. You will want to trust them because of the name. They even stole $50 out of my money and blames it on my previous factoring. I regret changing from outgo I was so happy with them and switch because loves was $0.50 cheaper. Cheap no good. Stay away

Slow factoring
This App is very slow and some of their Reps are very unprofessional. I have had to call several times to complain.
App not working
This app will not let me login. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and that did nothing. The mobile app is very important as I’m on the go a lot and need the flexibility.
Worst
This has to be the worst app in history of apps… can’t login, keeps getting errors, keeps logging out, by far the worst
Waste of time
A total waste of time. It is always giving a lot of problems to log in. I had to uninstall and install more than 20 times to get it to work. The app is super easy to use when you get it to work, but they need to improve a lot. It's 2024 and it's ridiculous that they have such a mediocre app. Seriously thinking about changing factoring companies so I don't have to deal with this problem on a daily basis.

Once my contract is up I will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH LOVES. Horrible business and horrible technology…They need fire the whole IT department a rehire smart workers! 300million dollar company with horrible Tech!

Stay away
Stay away from lock factory if you just opened your new company of dot they will contact you trying to convince you ,send you the application they are never gonna let you know that your signing a con tact agreement they are going to make you feel like your signing an application but no they’re gonna put you in a contract agreement and then when you conctact the representative he’s going to lie to you telling you that your signing a contact agreement but that’s not true if you don’t wanna have a hard time stay away from this company !

Don’t factor with Loves
Terrible experience and they will hold your money no reason . Put money in your account that is not your even though you tell them it’s not yours.
Charge you back for payments that are not yours.
You will wish you didn’t use them if you try it.

Don’t factoring with loves
I am the owner of a small trucking company that Love's Factoring signed up under false pretenses. Here are several but not all of the ways that they have misled me and harmed my business:
1, The contract that they put me on has a really high price after they promised me that 5% is standard for the industry when it is actually about 3%
2. They refuse to factor any invoices under $750, which is a huge problem for me because I own a small truck so most of my invoices are under $750
3. The contract has no way out, which means that no matter how unhappy I am in the contract I can't even pay my way out
4. I need the cashflow to survive, but they are stopping me from using their service with #2 and I can't leave because of #3
5. Too many times they refuse to answer the phone or refuse to fund a load without giving me a reason
Despite the good discounts on the fuel card, the factoring is NOT WORTH IT. I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews, but since they are holding my company hostage, I've been left with no option but to tell as many people what happened to me as possible.
DO NOT FACTOR WITH LOVES!

Very Inconvenient
This app works doesn’t work 99.9% of the time. Forget downloading this you’ll spend more time on the phone with the app support than being productive. Our account rep recommended using this app for faster and more convenient processing. Surely is fast and convenient when it works.
