Have been able to have success in finding what I’m looking for on here. Great thing about the app is the team at Lovestruck helping match who’s right for me.
Not worthy service as the cost
Investment on Tinder is better than Lovestruck. The membership fee is too expensive than other similar apps, and not worthy service as you give. All women showed on the app are inactive or fake accounts. This app never shows newly women (for example; Firstly they will show you around 10 women. The next day will remain that 10 women until your membership finished). The matchmakers are also doing and saying many lies until you give money to them. After they got membership fee, they are acting like unresponsive. Believe me. They are just official scammers!

Refund of cancelled subscription!
I created an account today and and subscribed but I am no longer interested again so I canceled the subscription and was expecting my money to be refunded because I saw 1month trial yet money is stuck
Avoid at all costs
This used to be one of the best apps/websites in London, but it was purchased in 2016 by a Hong-Kong-based company called DateTix. They took what used to be a great site (founded in London), gutted it, and focused it entirely on the Asian market. They now have shills posting positive reviews in broken English, and are happy to take your money while offering zero customer service, few real profiles in the UK, and sometimes no way to cancel your subscription. The app no longer works for me, because it demands that I verify my ID (even though I did so long ago), but the functionality doesn’t work. When I try to click through the verification screens, they are entirely in Chinese!
I used to regularly email the team with questions and bug reports, and they were really great. Now, they are all gone, replaced with money-hungry parasites who don’t speak English. Way to sell out, Lovestruck. Guess the owners got tired of operating the business. Avoid this app and website at all costs. Fail.

Signed up out of curiosity... instantly deleted the app because it’s the same as any other online dating app! But what’s different (and quite frankly, sort of creepy), is that a representative just phoned me asking how my experience has been so far? I do not approve of this. I feel like my privacy has been violated.

I cancelled my account but they sent me a text message saying I had a “match making appointment” which was never mentioned in the app. Poor communication

How am I supposed to get a local date when I’m not allowed to pick any other location to live than in London?

Not good
Really picky about photos and waits until you've invested in writing your profile to inform you that it requires payment. The girls aren't all that either.

They charged my credit card for 6 months instead of 1 even though I clearly selected 1 month only.

Apart from the fact that this site is ridiculously poor in every way. Nothing works properly and the design is of the app is below standard, the staff are all illiterate and payed to make sure that they keep taking your hard earned money. I had deactivated my account and also cancelled my subscription yet they will continued to take money out of my account. NEVER TRUST THESE THIEVING CONNIVING BOTTOM FEEDERS!

Free apps better
Install this app, bumble and tinder. Use all 3 for a month with the same profile info and you will see why this app simply doesn't work compared to the now superior competition. Used to be great, but no one seems to use it much anymore.

And I hope she says yes so I can say I met the love of my life on Lovestruck! Great website, and can say that I don't think I could have met such an incredible woman anywhere else. Definitely the best website for sane, fun loving and professional people. Could not recommend it enough.
Great concept. Awful app
Slow to load, clunky to move around. The concept of lovestruck is fantastic and I'd love to use it if ever the app would let me. Needs a lot of work and debugging.
London only.
The problem with this site is that it caters for mainly London daters. The site is pretty pricey too if you join, In my opinion you're better off sticking to other mainstream dating sites if you want to date outside of London.

Too many rules
How on earth do you actually get a complete profile on here? No to a straight-forward simple narrative about yourself. No to an essay. No to bullet points. No to a full length picture. No to a close up picture. No to a selfie... In the end I said no to bl**dy lovestruck!
