Misleading Ads!!

I came across one of their ads on one of my socials. The advertisement clearly shows Korean beauty products being used, and it was like a subscription type of service. Come to find out when I signed up is just an AI app that helps you pick products from Amazon. No wonder I only paid $28 for a year subscription.. Be careful on ads that are capitalizing on Korean beauty or whatever the latest TikTok trend is.

Needs improvement

App is very glitchy and need a huge update. For starters the recommendations % ratings also take into consideration the price (which wasn't disclosed) I tried all the price setting and each time the items score would change. You're not able to make customization with the items you line into a routine. You can ask lovi but it's not very helpful. Hence app needing improvement on recommendation and customization. No real life support just scan items and figure it out. Haven't seen any change in my skin. Would feel more at ease if there was a dermatologist consulting on these products

Just started using app a few days ago but I am totally impressed. It has given me recommendations based on issues I’ve been having with my skin. On day two of the product recommendations but so far is helping. Less redness from rosacea. So glad I stumbled across the app ad on TikTok!! A must try for anyone overwhelmed by the millions of skincare products on the market.

I’m 18 and I’ve always struggled with bad skin due to hormone imbalance and this app helps me discover products that are beneficial for my skin and even my dermatologist recommended these products for my skin. Trust me, this app is worth it for your skin

Added supcription

Look easy to use saw how it promoted through multiple people on tiktok. Added their own hidden subscription. Definitely a fraud and scam do not trust.

Useless

I wish I knew this before about the app. Its useless. It doesnt set your skincare according to your shelf section in the app. Either buy the expensive one or it will not work. I bought the less expensive alternatives which it was showing for my skin but it is not changing according to that.

Not sure if I’ll keep

I like that it scan the face and identifies the areas that need the most attention. But I thought, the subscription would provide samples / full size of skin products recommended. Basically, I’m paying for having my face scanned and recommendations. I can get those services without having to pay for a subscription.

It’s great! But one improvement to be made :)

Once you get your routine set, the different ai tools in the app don’t really communicate to update the routine. For example: I did a face scan today, it suggested me 3 products I should add to the routine: there’s no way for me to add these products to the routine, so I have now to keep track by myself of the actual routine I’m following, the app is not doing it for me. More integration between tools would be great!

This is very helpful

I downloaded it expecting the same click bait but surprisingly it really does what the instagram ad said without charging any money. The AI analysis was pretty accurate and the recommended products were also making lot of sense. I would highly recommend trying the app.
