Hard cancelation and over prized
This cancellation process is absolutely horrendous! The prices are ridiculously high and the customer service is nonexistent.

I have paid 60 dollars to this app thinking there would be some type of products that would come with my purchase and I regret allowing the charges.
Needs improvement
App is very glitchy. Freezes out of nowhere and need a huge update. For starters the recommendations % ratings also take into consideration the price (which wasn't disclosed) I tried all the price setting and each time the items score would change. You're not able to make customization with the items you like or currently have into a routine. You can ask lovi but it's not very helpful. Hence app needing improvement on recommendation and customization. No real life support just scan items and figure it out. Haven't seen any change in my skin. Would feel more at ease if there was a dermatologist consulting on these products

Impressed With the Lovi AI Skin Scanner!
I’ve really enjoyed using the Lovi AI Skin Care Scanner. I love how it analyzes your skin and gives you a better understanding of the areas that may need a little more attention. It’s easy to use, informative, and I especially like that the recommendations feel personalized instead of having to guess which products or skincare routine might work for me.
It’s also interesting being able to track my skin and become more intentional about my skincare routine. So far, I’m impressed and excited to continue using it and see my progress over time!

This app has shown me I was layering products wrong and since then my skin has improved. I have very dry skin and fine lines. I was able to purchase all my recommended products on Amazon so I’m excited to see the progress!

It would be really nice if the routines would update with the items that get scanned into the My Shelf portion after buying the recommended products or with stuff you already have.
It could be nice to develop a community where people could donate the items that are not a match for them so others could buy at a discount.

Great info but glitchy
Love the info and the personalized reviews and scans but you have to restart the app every 1-2 minutes because it freezes.
Good results
I was skeptical at first. I had no real skin regime experience ever. I have had a lot acne growing up and just thought I was stuck with the skin I have. Lóvi changed all that. My pores are getting smaller. My red checks are getting smaller my skin feels smoother. Well worth the investment

Unable to cancel subscription recurring charges
I got the app canceled within the first week which was May 12. Noticed in June I got a charge for renewal called the credit card company to dispute because was unable to contact anyone at the app. The phone number on the app goes to a travel agency credit card company was able to dispute the charges. Now again in July, I’m getting reoccurring charges. Whatever you do do not get this app unless you wanna be charged every month despite canceling.

Misleading Ads!!
I came across one of their ads on one of my socials. The advertisement clearly shows Korean beauty products being used, and it was like a subscription type of service. Come to find out when I signed up is just an AI app that helps you pick products from Amazon. No wonder I only paid $28 for a year subscription.. Be careful on ads that are capitalizing on Korean beauty or whatever the latest TikTok trend is.
