Our app is a **price comparison tool (a search engine)**, not the direct seller. We find flight deals from hundreds of airline and agency sites. This is why our app **does not ask for sensitive information like your passport number**. That information is only collected by the actual airline or travel agency on their secure website *after* you select a flight and are transferred from our app to their page to complete the booking. We assure you our application is legitimate and this process is normal. We hope this clarifies your concern.

Hello, Most likely your booking was made for a charter flight, as a result the tickets were sent by the airline the night before the flight. Did you use them, or you couldn't make it to an airport and you need the payment refunded? If you need the refund, please send us your itinerary receipt and screenshots of your email or chat communication with the agency. We will look into it and advise you further.
