I had no idea what to do. Just a time clock to keep tab. On what?

A lot of work to be done

I love the concept ! The things I wish there were ( especially having to pay)
A skip button for routines, a back button to revisit a routine, I put 2 sets for a workout you would think it would replay the work out it does not just goes to the next
I have to keep watch of my time( set the timer for 1 minute in order to do two sets !
It should count down from 5 seconds for a warning
Gives you no time to set up for the next stretch I always have to pause and play
The Russian lady is a bit annoying
I want to stay relaxed and she doesn't give that vibe
There are no videos to portray how to do this stretch the wording is too confusing sometimes

Easy exercises!

Great little set of exercises that really target back pain. I've always had terrible pains in my back, so I'm hoping I can help lessen them by doing some of these! The pictures make it really easy to get each position down, and the work out timer with the voice over is a nice touch so you don't need to look at your phone every second while going through your sets. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a simple exercise app!

A pocket doctor

This app has helped greatly with the benefits and relief it has brought me. I have had back trouble since a accident I was in and had trouble feeling pain free. This app showed me exercises and gave me tips on how to work out the stretching on my back. Now I can walk around like before with no trouble and I can stretch in ways I used to when I was younger. I've shared this app and the ideas from it to help everyone around me. Thanks!!!
