Do your stores have wifi jammers?
The app is helpful to use on sale items IF you select them prior to going into the store and bring up the bar code to be scanned at checkout BEFORE you enter the store or bring it up and do a screenshot to be scanned. The sale prices are somewhat competitive, but other MOST items are priced way out of line with prices at HEB or Walmart. It appears the business model is more like a convenience store instead of a grocery store

Random
The app does not flow. It will keep you on a screen forever. It is random and unpredictable.
Suspect
Total over priced, in most items, and many out of date or sell by date passed. It seems that the store takes advantage of hunters coming into the market. Produce is amother issue- quality is also always an issue. Oh well, it is what it is I guess!
Missing Prices Makes Budgeting Difficult
I really like shopping at Lowe's Market. The store has great selection, especially local and fresh items, and the price in-store is usually solid. The app is handy for clipping digital coupons and checking weekly deals/notifications.
However, my biggest frustration is that when you search or browse for any item in the app, there’s no price listed for products. It’s impossible to build a shopping list, estimate cost, or plan a budget ahead of time before heading to the store. This defeats a lot of the purpose of having a grocery app in 2026, especially when competitors show prices (even if they’re estimates or “regular” prices).
I love to see prices added to product listing who would make the app so much more useful for meal planning and saving money. Until then, it’s more of a coupon tool than a full Shopping companion.
Still giving it 3 stars overall because the in-store experience is good and I want to support the local spot, but please fix the pricing display!

Horrible app
Save your time it’s not worth it. The app locks up you go to the checkout and you can’t even give it to the cashier then they look at you like you’re an idiot and management tells you well. Take it off and reload it. I’ve done that three times then I wrote them they told me they would correct the issue and give me digital coupons in the mail. Well, it’s been almost a year and I didn’t get anything yet. My advice shop somewhere else.
