Terrible App, terrible support

Don’t burn your time on this. The app always fails or won’t login. The website doesn’t work at all on a phone. The in store card fails to load every time. The customer support speaks such bad English that they don’t understand what you’re saying.

Can’t log in screen goes to white

Can’t log in screen goes to white. I can log in on Safari no prob. But on the app Even when give password or I click on help, app screen just goes to blank white. Now I am getting spammed with emails as you need yo give out your email to log into the abyss of nothing! Please fix.
