Stopped sending notifications
Hey ima pledge and my whole pc stopped Getting notifications from this app over time and after a week the app now no longer sends any notifications and my pm is really really mad bc we keep missing texts I need this fixed ASAP or we’re screwed help a brother out Lowkey dev team
Better than groupme, but not great.
This app is better than groupme because it uses E2EE and doesn’t rely on Phone numbers or email. But, nobody can guarantee it does anything securely because it is not open source. After some OSINT, I found the GitHub repository that suggests the app implements Signals’s libraries for encryption. While that’s strong, there’s no key verification or management in the app, so idk if it’s working right. At this point, I will continue urging people over to signal which can be audited.

Best group messaging app for colleges!
Solid app that shows what a new and trendy chatting platform is. Highly recommend!
To many updates too often
I’m tired of having to update this app every other week. Just make one big update every 6 months or so

After the last update, the app no longer works. I am stuck on a blank grey screen every time i open the app. I have tried deleting and redownloading and get the same result
Lowkey is the best chatting platform
I use Lowkey for my sorority as a way to communicate with members, advisors and our CCD. Lowkey is extremely user friendly and the layout is super simple to understand. Overall the app is very visually appealing and not very busy. I’ve used multiple different chatting apps between school and work and this was is by far the best.

Missing an important feature
My organization has a need for an app like this, but we need a feature where the admins/owners of a group can delete others’ (non-admins’) messages, and without a trace. By that I mean that I want an admin to be able to tap on a non-admin’s message and have an option to delete it so that it disappears for all users, and when this happens, for there to be NO message such as “this message was deleted”

This app is great and easy to navigate.
So many notifications
Theres no setting anywhere to choose what notifications you get, for a groupchat or from the app itself. The app has sent me 3 random notifications in half a day. It gave me a notification to tell me how many people had been online dude
Good app to use for proper organization
I love how aesthetically pleasing the app is and I really enjoy the organization tools that come apart of it!
