Can’t easily get a refund since they don’t use apples built in payment system.

When you get debited $200 CAD, they will never respond to you anymore, no matter how hard you try.

Stupid app can’t debounce numbers correctly. It thinks “1” is “11” and “9237” is “9922” so none of the codes work and I miss my deliveries. So frustrating!
SCAM
Don’t us this app. They force you to sign up using a credit card, just to try their service (which I didn’t even get to), and then they will charge you for one year subscription ($200), without any notification. I’m trying to get my money back, but they don’t even respond. Please save yourself and use another competitor who don’t hate their customers.

These lo-sers attempt to charge me $150 for an annual membership the day BEFORE my trial expires, and were unsuccessful thankfully. So I go into the app to cancel the trial, which I did. Two days later they charge me AGAIN! I will be contacting Chase and disputing these charges. Can’t stand companies like this. Let people decide if they want your useless membership or not, rather than forcing people into one and charging them without permission!!!!

Using for my Business
I’ve used this app for probably about a year or so now for my business, and it’s been so incredibly handy to let in clients + also guest artists to the space, without having to worry about fobs, or security letting people in ‘out of hours’.

Great App
I’ve been using Lowkey to control access to my parents condo. We have caregivers, friends and deliveries to their building. This app is amazing and has greatly assisted in being able to manage visitors and taken alot of load off my shoulders. We use some of the apps functions like daily access schedule and expecting a guest which I find very helpful. The support is very responsive and helpful too. I highly recommend this app.

App Has Changed My Life!
The ability to open the door or provide codes for secure delivery when I won’t be in a place to answer the phone is amazing! An added plus is the great customer service, when I had to change a phone number they got back to me same day! If your thinking about it give it a try.
Stupid concept
Let’s pay a monthly fee to let someone in the gate when they can call me from the buzzer and I let them in for free with my current buzzer system.
Totally worth the money!
I always get a teensy bit anxious when I order food delivery, since I have to buzz in the driver with my phone and sometimes don’t have it within reach. It’s so nice being able to open Lowkey and tap a button when I order, then not have to worry about picking up the phone fast enough. 10/10, would recommend :)
