Ultimately brilliant

Have played 1 and ][ a few times. Hope there will be a ///

Insta-killed by a dialog choice

Played same character for days.
Built my character up to wander 6 dungeons without having to visit a town.
Made a choice not to kneel and was insta-killed. No chance to run or fight.
Time for the app to be installed-deleted for wasting my time.

Bravo!

Thank you! I was obsessed with these games as a boy and this really scratched the itch of a lifetime. I loved these! My only real complaint with this game is that it’s so good that it makes all other games seem disappointing. And since I have already completed it, I can only wait for Lowlander III and remain disappointed with all other games. More please!!!

Great fun

Fun mini retro adventure. Am loving it. Definitely an improvement over the first one ( the first one is good though ). Would like to be able to get more clues/hints. Would be good to have a link to a faq or forum for this in the game.

Awesome!

If you are looking for a game like Ultima 2/3, this and Lowlander are for you! The developer is also very involved in the thread for the game. You just do not see that! I wish there were more games like this, but it would be bad for me. I would probably not be married if there were! Kudos to the developer!
The game itself is very detailed. The world is large and the quests are many. If you have some time to get involved in a game, pick this up, make sure your fridge is stocked and start playing...

Le to- pour les van de Ultimate 2 etc…

Le meilleur rpg old school.un hommage aux meilleurs titres de Lord British. MAis un jeu avec ça propre personnalité.tres agréable a jouer et avec de l humour en plus.

although the graphics are low bit, your imagination is unlimited. This game enables your imagination

A few things: if you haven’t played Lowlander 1, finish that first.

If you have played Lowlander 1, this game is a worthy sequel. You will need to bring your own background music though!

I am shocked that I was able to beat the game without a walkthrough, but I did need a few hints. It’s a good game balance in action. The level of story is very good. Very relaxing and engaging game to play with one thumb! This isn’t a cheap casual game. This is a AAA mobile retro game. It’s not a rouge with randomly generated levels. It’s a true beautifully crafted map and adventure.

Great

Nothing too long winded, great game. Was sick in bed and had played the first one, oldschool ultima feel but more modern and simplified progression. Think I clocked in about 13 hours to finish and enjoyed it all the way.

Stealth mission tip

PSA: You don’t have to do the Shebastian stealth mission all in one go. If you have the spell Wisk, you can get yourself out of a jam, and you’ll get to keep any progress you made in the stealth mission (so long as you remember to save).

WHERE IS LOWESTLANDER

THIS GAME IS AWESOME

Dying for a sequel

I'd pay $50

Garriott, Ultima, Lowlander

Both of the Lowlander games are excellent! Reminiscent of Ultima 3 and games from 1980’s, but current for today, these games are a blast. Puzzles that drive you crazy and then suddenly seem so obvious! Well worth the diminutive price. Love these games!

Excellent

What an awesome game, so fun and brings back so many great childhood memories of adventure and exploration!

Just as much fun as Ultima

After getting used to a few of the mechanics(no diagonal attacks, have to wait a while between sleeps to add hit points from sleeping in a bed) and learning to love a bit of grinding to get a higher level character, I’m enjoying this title as much as I enjoyed the Ultima series (I-V, I lost interest when they changed format). It’s great that it’s on my phone, now I look forward to waiting for my flight/uber/girlfriend to arrive!

Enjoyable old-school rpg

As the description notes, this is a homage to the early Ultima games. Plays smoothly, with minimal grind or wandering around aimlessly. Sadly no real replay value or variation in character build, but you can't have everything.

Fantastic throwback!

For a fan of the Ultima series, this was the perfect game! Just challenging enough to keep me interested, but easy enough to beat without needing a walkthrough.

Please make another! I'll pay!

Awesome but I'm stuck :(

For the life of me I can't get past jorge in castle shebastion! I wonder if it's glitching...sprite at the top of the castle says you can bribe the NE guard but I haven't been able to figure that out either...please help!

Great tribute to Ultima III

I have great memories of playing Ultima III on my Commodore 64 back in high school, and this game does an amazing job of recreating that experience. Truth be told, it’s actually much better but I don’t mean any disrespect to Lord British. Loved it, and highly recommend it.
