When I got to the setting section it just freezes and goes round and round. Paid the subscription and really a waste of money if you can’t set things how you wan them.
Malfunctioning
I am running this app on an iPhone 16 Pro with plenty of memory free.
This app randomly shuts down when trying to load the navigation map. Then the most frustrating thing is that the boat arrow icon (your location) kept disappearing. Tried to troubleshoot but to no avail.
Other basic functionality and features were frustrating to use and not intuitive.
I will be canceling before the end of the trial period.

Lies
I was trying to update my Ghost trolling motor. I had some hesitation because I didn’t want to pay $15 to update my motor. The app says you get a free trial period. Well the app would not connect to my trolling motor and they lied about the free trial period. So I paid $15 for software that didn’t work. Not happy.

On holidays and now coming up with error screen. Only use this once a year and now a waste of $80. Don’t risk it Guys!

Been a paying customer for multiple years. Cancelled subscription recently because I cannot get app to work on my phone! Cannot get it figured out can’t find out how to get any help !

Cannot connect ghost trolling motor to the app
I’ve tried everything I’ve been told so far. When I go to the Lowrance app to add my ghost it just gets stuck on the loading screen. When I try to pair the trolling motor directly to my phone it doesn’t show up (yes I put the pedal into configuration and enter Bluetooth pairing mode) I’ve spent 5 hours on this and lost my entire Labor Day weekend of fishing. Absolute bummer from a 3+ thousand dollar unit

Synching deleted my waypoints
I syched so my Newley planned trip would have waypoints in the map. This deleted 3500 waypoints. They are in my bin. I have tried so many times to restore them but the application just crashes and I have been trying this for weeks. This application needs a major stability update.
Off water visual practice
The Lowrance app makes it easy to manage waypoints and study maps when I’m off the water. It helps me break down areas, plan routes, and get in some visual practice before tournaments. Syncing with my units is smooth, and it saves time once I’m actually on the lake. A few more editing tools would make it even better, but overall it’s a solid part of my tournament prep.

Terrible app
Still sucks. Really appreciate all the effort Lowrance is putting in.
Not fixed yet keep working!
Trying to update my ghost trolling motor. Will not let me add trolling motor just buffers. Putting second heading sensor in less than 6 months. Poor quality Lowrance!!
Barely works
Won’t display scanned charts, stuck with the built in inaccurate ones. Can’t open settings. Can’t even file a help request because “an unknown error” occurs when you try. -Garbage!
Bug constant

Buggy as heck
Maybe the latest iOS version but the app has been hanging up a lot. Reloaded a dozen and still problematic. Phone is getting hot too. Non of the other nav or fishing apps are having this problem

This app won’t allow me to add my HDS 12 Gen3 in order to sync. Extremely disappointing!
Decent map
Weather data is never correct and app is a little clunky to operate. Other than that the shaded depth palette is good.
