I bought the game wanted to make my own car bought 2 gold backs my the game glitched out and bought 4 of them and I got nothing from it they just took my money and I got no gold

I bought the judge pack and it gave nothing and I made a complaint and it didn’t even give me my money back so I recommend not to buy coin packs.
Fun game but be careful
I actually like this game but thing that sucks I tried to make in game purchase and it takes money but it never gave me anything. I tried to get support but support seems to be non existent. I tried to get refund thy said it’s not eligible for refund as if I’m trying to get free coins I just wanted what I paid for. For that reason I’m going to give this game a 3 star rating if I would’ve received my coins I would give it 5 stars.

i had my account hacked, all my trucks and gold taken, no way to report and claim my items back, lost all my codes, overall need more security on the game, i’ve played for 3 years just to lose it all

This game sucks. If i could give zero stars i would. I tried to buy currency in the game and it never gave me the gold I bought and it just charged my card and never game my currency ever. I tried to get a refund and they never did.
